IT Engineer (m/w/d) - PPM Project Portfolio Management Applications Administrator

The IT & AI department contributes to the implementation of the Hager Group’s information systems. It is responsible for their architecture, selection, integration, service continuity, performance and evolution. 

Joining our team responsible for applications dedicated to product and solution development means working on tools that are essential for defining, designing, validating and deploying the product offering, within a collaborative and demanding environment. 

As an IT Engineer – PPM Project Portfolio Management Applications Administrator (M/F/X), you will be based in Blieskastel, reporting to the Head of Digital Development Applications, as part of a permanent contract (CDI).

What will your missions be?

• Administer, maintain and develop PPM project portfolio management applications and time tracking tools, ensuring their performance, reliability and Cybersecurity
• Ensure data and process consistency in close collaboration with business teams, PMOs, project managers and IT teams
• Manage applications (configuration, updates, access rights) as well as their associated environments
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional incidents
• Ensure integration of tools with the Group’s systems (ERP, HR, finance, EDM...) notably via APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with software vendors and external partners for incident follow-up and application developments
• Participate in the integration and evolution of new solutions related to project and requirements management
• Provide level 2/3 user support with a solution-oriented approach
• Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
• Anticipate technological developments in the solution architecture, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence (AI)

And what about you?

•  You hold a higher education degree in IT, information systems or engineering, with 5 to 8 years of experience in application administration
• You have experience with project/portfolio management tools (PPM such as Planisware or equivalent) and time tracking tools
• Knowledge of requirements management tools is a plus
• You are proficient in Windows Server and/or Linux environments as well as databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• You are comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (business teams, PMOs, IT teams, external partners)
• Curious, proactive and motivated, you are eager to learn and develop in complex environments
• Rigorous and autonomous, you enjoy teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
