We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Service Centre in Tychy. In this role, you will support payroll operations for selected countries, working closely with HR teams, managers, employees, Finance and external payroll providers.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end payroll processes and close collaboration with global HR, Finance and payroll partners. It is an excellent opportunity to further develop your payroll expertise and grow your career within HR Shared Services.

As a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) you will report to Global Payroll Managerin the people solutions departmentbased in Tychy  for a Permanent contract.


Your responsibilities

Payroll Operations

  • Collect, verify and process monthly payroll inputs.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll-related data.
  • Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor payroll calendars, timelines and key deadlines.

Payroll Provider Coordination

  • Act as the main contact for external payroll providers.
  • Coordinate payroll processing activities and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Support payroll cut-over activities and year-end processes.
  • Ensure employees' payroll inquiries are addressed efficiently.

Data Quality & Compliance

  • Perform payroll reconciliations and validation checks.
  • Review payroll results and investigate discrepancies.
  • Execute payroll control procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Time & Attendance teams and managers.
  • Provide guidance on payroll processes and requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Payroll and HR Services.

Your Profile

Experience

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or payroll coordination.
  • Experience working with external payroll providers.
  • Experience in an international company or Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage.
  • Exposure to multi-country payroll processes will be considered a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Celergo, SAP Payroll or similar.
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance systems.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • English language skills at communicative level.
