Für unseren Standort Blieskastel suchen wir ab dem 1. April 2026 für mindestens 6 Monate Unterstützung.

Unser Bereich Early Careers steht für mehr als Ausbildung und Praktikum: Wir gestalten den Einstieg, die Entwicklung und die Vernetzung unserer Talente von morgen. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist dabei unsere TAI Community (Trainees-Apprentices-Interns) - ein lebendiges Netzwerk für Austausch, Events und persönliche Entwicklung. 


Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig & mit Impact 

Bei uns bist du nicht nur „dabei“, sondern mittendrin: 

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Events und Aktivitäten für unsere TAI Community 

  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Community und neuer Formate mit 

  • Du koordinierst Schulpraktikumsanfragen gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen 

  • Du stehst im Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern zu Early Career Themen 

  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, Kommunikationsunterlagen und Übersichten 

  • Du arbeitest an spannenden HR-Projekten mit 

  • Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft 

Kurz gesagt: Du bekommst einen ganzheitlichen Einblick in HR, Kommunikation und Community Management – und baust dir gleichzeitig ein wertvolles Netzwerk auf. 

Forme

Das bringst du mit 

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in BWL, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar 

  • Interesse an HR, Talententwicklung und modernen Arbeitswelten 

  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise 

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen 

  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel)

  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2).

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Echte Praxiserfahrung in einem internationalen HR-Umfeld 

  • Mitarbeit an realen Projekten mit Verantwortung 

  • Einblicke in Themen wie Talent Experience, Employer Branding & Community Building 

  • Aufbau eines starken Netzwerks innerhalb der TAI Community 

  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten (bis zu 20 Std./Woche, in den Semesterferien Vollzeit möglich) 

  • Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten
