After the first contact, you will be invited either to a virtual interview (Teams) or to a Face-to-Face. You will meet the hiring manager and the HR team and discuss your competencies our story & culture, and the role.

Let´s decide to change.

If you are on our shortlist and you’re still interested in joining us, we would like to invite you to a final round. We would like to give you the opportunity to explore our company even better. You will then receive a final decision from our side and we from your side.

Congratulations! Welcome to Hager. Our HR department will work out the details with you and prepare your onboarding. You will access our digital program called Hager Visa. It’s fun and dynamic with access to a lot of activities. To fully understand our group culture, Hager Visa is a must-have for all newcomers.
