As a Team Leader - Technical Department (m/f/d) you will report to Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Manager in the sales and marketingbased in Zdiby  for a Permanent contract.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage complex support both for sales engineers and customers with offer quotation, technical support, product development and promotion on the market
  • Development and execution of the product marketing strategy  for the Czech and Slovak markets, aligned with the global marketing strategy of Hager Group.
  • Lead a team of Product Manager and Technical Support team
  • Monitor market trends in electrical installations, building automation, and energy management.
  • Manage the product life cycle, define target groups, key benefits, pricing policies, and value propositions
  • Create sales enablement tools such as trainings, presentations, sales arguments, and demo materials to support the Sales Force.
  • Communication of any changes to products or ranges that may have an impact on the wider business.

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience on similar position and strong technical background
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Leadership skills
  • Tools: AutoCad, Excel
  • Language skills: English (B2), Czech (B2)
  • Openness to challenges and changes
  • Energy and positive attitude
