Key Account Manager - Project

As a Key Account Manager - Project you will report to Distribution Sales Manager - Project in the sales based in Tychy  for a Permanent contract.


Key responsibilities:
• Develop business in selected market segments (retail, hotels, and other investment areas)
• Build and manage a portfolio of key clients (including energy distribution system manufacturers)
• Manage the full project sales cycle:
from opportunity identification, through technical consulting, to contract closure
• Co-create and implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned segments
• Conduct commercial negotiations and build long-term business relationships
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor performance (sales pipeline, client retention, activity effectiveness)
• Coordinate and support project execution in cooperation with technical teams
• Sell solutions in the area of power distribution systems, cable management systems and electrical installation equipment
Your Profile:
• Experience in project sales (Project Business), preferably in the electrical industry
• Practical knowledge of electrical energy distribution systems
• Experience in electrical installation equipment and cable management systems is an advantage
• Strong relationship-building and long-term client management skills
• Technical higher education (preferably electrical engineering)
• Proactive attitude, independence and strong results orientation
• Valid driving license (category B) and willingness to work in a mobile role
