As a Growth Marketing Specialist - BU Energy Management and Transversal (m/f/d), you will report to the Growth Marketing Manager in the Global Marketing & Digital department based in Obernai (67) or Paris (75) for a permanent contract.

Mission

The Growth Marketing Specialist (Business Unit Energy Management and Transversal) shapes and leads the marketing agenda for the Energy Management segment and for Transversal projects, enabling customer centric, scalable, and sustainable growth.

By owning the end to end customer journey, the role translates business priorities into a clear, data driven marketing strategy and execution roadmap. In close collaboration with Sales, the Business Unit Energy Management, and cross functional Marketing and Digital teams, the role drives measurable demand and pipeline impact, and continuously improves marketing performance across global markets through insight led optimisation and simplification at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing strategy for the Energy Management segment and for Transversal projects, with end-to-end responsibility across the full customer journey from awareness and demand generation to conversion and retention.
• Translate business ambitions into a segmented, multi‑year marketing roadmap per vertical and target group, building measurable objectives and an actionable marketing calendar aligned with enterprise and regional priorities.
• Drive scalable and sustainable growth through multi‑channel, data‑driven marketing strategies, continuously optimising funnels, value propositions, and messaging through insights, experimentation, and performance.
• Architect globally aligned, locally scalable activation and campaign plans, including automated journeys, targeted content ecosystems, media strategy, and integrated multi‑market execution.
• Connect product and solution launches with compelling storytelling, customer benefits, and tailored value propositions for key target audiences (e.g. specifiers, panel builders), ensuring relevance across markets and segments.
• Define strategic campaign priorities and briefs for Content Marketing and Digital teams, ensuring cohesive awareness, demand, nurturing, and conversion programmes across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Partner closely with Sales, Energy Management leadership, and cross‑functional Marketing and Digital teams to align on go‑to‑market priorities, challenge assumptions when needed, and ensure unified execution.
• Own campaign performance and budgets, measuring success through pipeline impact, sales‑qualified leads, and incremental revenue contribution, continuously optimising through insights and test‑and‑learn approaches.
  

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field from a business school, university, or engineering school
• Strong communication style and stakeholder management with senior counterparts; assertive; high autonomy and ownership mindset
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, with proven track record in B2B marketing for Energy Management solutions, EV charging infrastructure, eMobility services, Smart Energy/smart buildings, Solar, Storage or Energy optimization ecosystems, with exposure to key competitors/market players such as Charge Point Operators (CPOs), Fleet operators, Electrical contractors and installers, Specifiers and consultants, Facility managers, Energy managers
• Demonstrated output in customer acquisition, product campaigns, and product launches across the full marketing funnel; experience taking ownership of campaign budgets
• Strong market orientation and network: understands key players beyond products and knows how to engage and influence in the market
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Product, Content, Digital/CRM, Analytics) to drive strategy and execution jointly with the business
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus. Technical background or strong technical interest is beneficial
