Are you ready to come aboard and start your journey with us?

As a V.I.E. – HR Generalist Spain, you will report to the local HR team in Spain, supporting HR Business Partner activities, talent acquisition coordination, people data tracking and local deployment of Group-driven HR initiatives for a V.I.E. contract based in Spain.


What you will do?

  • Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, pipeline visibility and external partner follow-up.
  • Maintain HR reporting trackers, ensuring data quality, consistency and regular updates for HRBP and leadership reviews.
  • Prepare meeting materials, pre-reads, structured notes and follow-up trackers to support HRBP stakeholder meetings and management reporting.
  • Contribute to the local rollout of Group-driven HR and organizational design projects by coordinating stakeholders, collecting data and drafting implementation plans.
  • Support employee experience, talent management and training initiatives, including local HR-led events, training coordination, feedback collection and completion tracking.

What about you?

  • You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • You are interested in HR operations, recruitment, transformation projects, people data and employee experience topics.
  • You are structured, reliable and comfortable managing trackers, reporting files and follow-up actions.
  • You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can adapt your communication in a multicultural environment.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish; French or another European language would be a plus.

Your compensation is fixed by Business France, completed by a monthly stipend and an international health insurance. Read more on the Business France website. Local benefits can be added according to the applicable policy in Spain.

What are the recruitment stages?

  • Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
  • You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
  • You’ll get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the hiring manager and the local HRBP.
  • The last step will be organized with the Head of Department and the Early Careers team.

  • You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area.
  • You must not be a citizen of the host country, in this case Spain, unless you hold dual citizenship with another Member State of the European Economic Area.
  • You must not have recently lived in the country you are applying to or already paid taxes in this country.
  • You must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
  • You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past.
  • You must have a clean record.
