Mission
Der L&D Teamlead – Manufacturing Skills & Apprentices spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der Stärkung der industriellen Kompetenzen des Unternehmens, indem er einen gruppenweiten Ansatz zur Entwicklung technischer Fähigkeiten für Produktionsmitarbeitende strukturiert und operativ umsetzt.
Die Rolle stellt sicher, dass die Fertigungskompetenzen für direkt in der Produktion tätige Mitarbeitende an zukünftige Geschäftsanforderungen ausgerichtet sind, unterstützt den Aufbau technischer Fähigkeiten über verschiedene Standorte hinweg und entwickelt durch eine strukturierte Ausbildungsstrategie eine nachhaltige Pipeline an technischen Talenten.
Darüber hinaus ist die Rolle verantwortlich für die Steigerung der Qualität und Wirksamkeit der Ausbildungsprogramme in Deutschland, indem sie Trainingsinitiativen steuert, Ausbilder weiterentwickelt sowie eine ganzheitliche Strategie zur Gewinnung, Entwicklung und Bindung technischer Auszubildender implementiert.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer gruppenweiten Strategie für technische Kompetenzen in der Produktion, ausgerichtet an zukünftigen Anforderungen und Transformation
- Identifikation von Skill-Gaps über Standorte hinweg sowie Steuerung gezielter Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und HR
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Ausbildungsstrategie für technische Berufe (insb. Deutschland und Schweiz) entlang der langfristigen Personalplanung
- Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Ausbildungsprogramme und Trainingswerkstätten in Deutschland, mit Fokus auf Qualität und moderne Lernkonzepte
- Weiterentwicklung und Befähigung der Ausbilder durch klare pädagogische Standards, Upskilling und Förderung einer Lern- und Austauschkultur
- Sicherstellung effizienter Trainingsprozesse inkl. Stakeholder-Management (z. B. IHK, Berufsschulen), Governance sowie Budgetverantwortung
- Verantwortung für Gewinnung, Entwicklung und Bindung technischer Auszubildender inkl. KPI-Steuerung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar; Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker von Vorteil
- Ausbildereignung nach BBiG (§29/§30) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen dualen Ausbildungssystems
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5–8 Jahre) in Produktion, Learning & Development oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und cross-funktionalen Strukturen
- Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer pragmatischen, umsetzungsstarken Arbeitsweise
- Führungserfahrung sowie Fähigkeit, Teams zu entwickeln und zu coachen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
