We are looking for our futur Quality Management System Senior Manager for a long term contract based in Obernai.

What will your missions be?

In a context of transformation, Hager Group places quality, environment, and sustainable performance at the heart of its strategy. This position directly contributes to the Group’s transformation: you will play a key role in driving the evolution of the quality management system at an international level, ensuring alignment between local processes, global requirements, and the operational model.

Your leadership and ability to bring people together will be essential to support change and reinforce the operational excellence strategy in a multicultural and constantly evolving environment.

Reporting to the Group Quality & Environment Vice President, your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the governance and effectiveness of the integrated management system at Group level.
• Defining the strategic vision of the Management Systems department (3–5 years) and delivering the operational roadmap (1–3 years).
• Designing, deploying, and improving the integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards.
• Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives at Group level, considering risks and opportunities.
• Managing, developing, and coaching an international team of around 20 employees (10 direct reports and 10 through intermediate managers).
• Representing the Group with external certification bodies and ensuring audit compliance.
• Conducting risk analysis and following up on associated action plans.

And what about you?

• You hold an Engineering degree or equivalent and are recognized for your leadership, impact, and adaptability.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in integrated management systems (quality, environment, health & safety) and have led transformation projects in an international context.
• You have a fluent level of English (spoken and written); proficiency in French or German is an asset.
• You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards, as well as quality tools (root cause analysis, problem solving, etc.).
• You are motivated by challenges and able to work collaboratively or autonomously in a multicultural and constantly changing environment.
• You are willing to travel frequently across Europe and internationally.
