(Junior) Marketing & Design Coordinator

You are a passionate Marketing Specialist who would like to contribute to our success story?

As a (Junior) Marketing & Design Coordinator you will report to the Customer Marketing Communications Manager in the Marketing & Communications department based in Sydney for a permanent contract.

As a (Junior) Marketing & Design Coordinator, you support the creation of marketing materials and digital assets across print, social media, email, and web. You apply basic graphic design principles (layout, imagery, typography) to deliver engaging and brand-consistent content.

Using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, you assist in producing brochures, flyers, POS materials, and presentations. You contribute to trade marketing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks and campaigns.

Your responsibilities

• Support the creation of marketing and design assets for campaigns, events, and internal communication
• Assist with trade marketing activities and POS/merchandising materials
• Coordinate with external suppliers (e.g. printers, designers)
• Maintain marketing materials and internal platforms
• Provide design support for presentations and simple communication formats
• Support event preparation and general marketing activities

Your profile

• First experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (e.g. internships or 1–2 years experience)
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Interest in marketing, design, and content creation
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic experience with print or digital tools is a plus
