Manager Cybersécurité IT/OT - Gouvernance, Risques & Conformité (GRC) H/F/X

Dans un contexte de transformation digitale et d'évolution constante des menaces cyber, la cybersécurité est devenue un enjeu stratégique majeur pour notre Groupe. Rejoindre notre équipe Cybersécurité, c'est contribuer directement à la protection de nos actifs numériques, de nos données sensibles et de nos environnements industriels tout en accompagnant la mise en conformité de l'entreprise face aux nouvelles réglementations.
En tant qu'expert(e) reconnu(e) en Gouvernance, Risques et Conformité (GRC), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le renforcement de notre posture de sécurité, l'amélioration continue de nos processus et le pilotage de projets stratégiques à l'échelle du Groupe. Vous travaillerez au cœur des enjeux IT et OT en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers, techniques et de direction.
En tant que Manager Cybersécurité IT/OT – Gouvernance, Risques & Conformité (GRC), vous reporterez au Responsable Cybersécurité Groupe au sein du département Cybersécurité basé à Obernai dans le cadre d'un CDI.
Quelles seront vos missions ?
Piloter l'identification, l'évaluation et le traitement des risques cybersécurité sur les environnements IT et OT en définissant les plans d'actions adaptés et en assurant leur suivi.
Développer et déployer la stratégie Gouvernance, Risques et Conformité (GRC) afin de garantir l'alignement des pratiques cybersécurité avec les exigences réglementaires et les standards du Groupe.
Conduire des projets de cybersécurité complexes en coordonnant les différentes parties prenantes et en assurant le respect des objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais.
Concevoir, piloter et faire évoluer les tableaux de bord cybersécurité afin d'assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), des risques et des plans de remédiation auprès des différentes parties prenantes.
Accompagner le Responsable Cybersécurité Groupe dans les décisions stratégiques, la gestion des situations de crise, la définition des feuilles de route sécurité et la mise en conformité des environnements IT et OT avec les principales réglementations et référentiels de cybersécurité.
Et à propos de vous ?
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 en cybersécurité, informatique ou dans un domaine équivalent.
Vous disposez d'au moins 10 années d'expérience en cybersécurité, dont une expertise significative dans les domaines de la gouvernance, de la gestion des risques et de la conformité (GRC).
Vous maîtrisez les environnements IT et OT ainsi que les principaux référentiels et réglementations de cybersécurité tels qu'ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2 et Data Act, et possédez une expertise avancée de la sécurisation des environnements Microsoft Azure.
Vous possédez une solide expérience en gestion de projets transverses et dans la conception de tableaux de bord permettant le pilotage et la communication des indicateurs cybersécurité auprès des parties prenantes.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes, votre expérience de la gestion de crise ainsi que votre aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un contexte international en français et en anglais (niveau C1).

Quelles sont les étapes du recrutement ?
- Une fois votre CV sélectionné, vous serez contacté par un recruteur pour un échange téléphonique.
- Vous serez invité à un premier entretien avec le manager et le recruteur.
- Un deuxième entretien sera ensuite organisé avec le N+2 et le responsable RH.
